Meet Alexis Stout
I became a stylist after I tried out college as a studio art major and realized that school wasn’t for me. Creating things has always been something I absolutely love and doing hair lets me have creative freedom. Personal connections are the absolute coolest thing about doing hair. I’ve met female fighter pilots to band members of Candlebox and Theory of a Deadman while behind the chair.
My first 2 years out of hair school I worked in a high-end Barber Shop and did exclusively men’s hair. As a naturally dark haired woman and someone who has never been blonde, Blonding services are my favorite to perform. I’m very meticulous of my work and every client is my work of art.
Born and raised Louisiana Cajun, I can make just about any Cajun dish and know a few French phrases. In my household, we are a blended family of 6 and a cat named Floki. I’m always on the go so you will never catch me on my off days sitting on the couch watching tv...unless it football season.
I’m an open book and I have found that a lot of my clients relate to me this way. I will always go above and beyond to make a client 100% happy with their service and overall experience. I can usually sense when a client wants to chat it up during their service or sit and quietly enjoy their salon experience.
I’d love to have you in my chair
