I’m Summer. I am a motorcross boy mom, a buy everything sparkly girl mom, and a mimosa because it’s Sunday kind of mom. In 2011 I decided to pursue my career in cosmetology, following in my Meme’s footsteps. I’ve always had a passion for hair but I honestly didn’t realize that I would have the ability to have a career without ever “working”. This is a fast paced and ever-changing industry. I am always seeking education and I love the fact that there will forever be learning opportunities.

Many people do not know that my passion to share knowledge is parallel to my ambition to learn. I love to inspire others and watch them grow. I would definitely consider myself a visionary and I’m not afraid to step outside the box and take you with me. I feel that I have the ability to help fill in the blanks and help you achieve what you may not have known was even possible.

If you were to ask my husband what makes me unique he may say that I’m a little “extra” or that I put a little too much sugar in my coffee. He might even mention my unusually dark sense of humor, but because this is bragging time I would say that I am extremely efficient. I’m always striving to make things easier in the future. It would be rare to find me sitting still or not working on something (But I do love a good nap). Hairstylist is my name, and multitasking is my game! I do not enjoy tasks that do not allow me to “kill two birds with one stone.” We all have the same amount of minutes in a day and I chose to utilize mine to the best of my ability.
