If I am unhappy with a product? Can I return it?
We do have a 14 day exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we can exchange it for another or keep the credit in your account for future products or services.
Is my stylist's level a reflection of their skill?
Of course not! All of our stylists are extremely talented. Our stylists are placed in levels by demand. Stylist that are new to our salon are placed into a Protégé level. This means that although they may have years of experience, they are still growing their clientele. As demand increases, their level will reflect
Do you accept all forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
Do I need to sign up for the rewards program?
No sign up or spammy emails here! We will do all the work for you. The day you create your client file you can start earning rewards. The best part? They never expire!
What if I misplaced my gift certificate?
No worries! We keep detailed records of every certificate purchased, with no expiration!
My favorite product is no longer on the shelf, can I order it?
Absolutely! We place orders weekly, including "special orders." If your favorite product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we would be happy to make a recommendation!
