Salon Policies.

GIFT CARDS

The gift of great hair is priceless but we do have a few rules. Gift cards are non-transferable, may not be returned, may not redeemed for cash, and may not be used to purchase another gift card.

RETAIL PURCHASES

If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of any of the professional products you have purchased from Topix Salon, allow us to work with you in finding that perfect product. Although we can't refund your investment in your hair, you may exchange any products within 14 days of your purchase date. Sales on all electrical devices, hair brushes, combs, and hair accessories are final

LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

In today's busy world we understand things happen. We try our absolute best to respect the time you spend with us at your appointments and we love when you do the same. However, policies are needed in every business and we ask that you do your best to follow them. Appointments  must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to provide 24 hour notice or missing an appointment without cancelation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This payment can be made over the phone with a credit card, in person at our salon, or applied from an online booking deposit.

FRIENDS & FAMILY

Our salon family is very important to us. That being said, we want all guests to be able to relax during their appointment. Because of our limited space, please use discretion when bringing your family and friends if they do not have an appointment. If bringing a friend or family member, we kindly ask that they enjoy a refreshment and relax in our waiting area. For safety purposes, all children must be accompanied by an adult not receiving services.
